OUR REAL ESTATE FINANCE OPTIONS:
We offer two types of real estate lending.
1) In conjunction with a machinery and equipment deal.
- Owner occupied properties.
- Industrial real estate properties.
- Typically used to add to the desired advance rate.
- Advance rate up to 70% of appraised value.
- Term up to 60-months.
2) Bridge financing
- Advance rate up to 70% of appraised property value.
- Term up to 24-months.
- Available for industrial, commercial, and retail properties.
- Need to understand path to liquidity.
- Can do “note on note” deals.
CANDIDATES & REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for our Real Estate Financing Program:
- Small to medium-sized companies in all industries including construction, engineering, transportation, energy, aviation, machinery, chemical and pharmaceuticals, processing, and technology.
- Minimum lending is $1,000,000.
Requirements to get started:
- Asset address.
- Permanent real estate index number (PIN).
- Latest appraisal, if available.
- Amount requested.
- Use of proceeds.
