We offer two types of real estate lending.

1) In conjunction with a machinery and equipment deal.

• Owner occupied properties.
• Industrial real estate properties.   
• Typically used to add to the desired advance rate.
• Advance rate up to 70% of appraised value.
• Term up to 60-months. 

2) Bridge financing 

• Advance rate up to 70%  of appraised property value.
• Term up to 24-months.
• Available for industrial, commercial, and retail properties.
• Need to understand path to liquidity.
• Can do “note on note” deals.
