Gloria Rodriguez Account Executive Spotlight

Meet Gloria Rodriguez

Gloria is one of the amazing Account Executives at Franklin Capital. She is on the front lines, directly helping our clients every day. Her day-to-day responsibilities include posting collections and helping our A/R factoring clients with fundings and collection calls. Additionally, she helps our PO facility team when a client has both A/R and PO fundings.

Q: What did you do before working at Franklin Capital?
A: I worked in the accounting department at Clarin Seating, which manufactured seating for many venues.

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
A: I love that I get to help businesses and build good relationships with my clients.

Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?
A: I like nothing more than a quiet day to read and do puzzles.

Q: If you were stranded on an island, what is one thing you could not live without?
A: I would say my phone, but if I’m realistic, it would be good food.

Q: What are you known for?
A: I’m known for being the “go-to” person. I think this is because I love to help people and solve problems.

Q: What do you like most about your job and working with your clients?
A:
The best thing about my job is making sure that my clients are getting what is essential for them to meet their financial needs and continue to grow their business. Each business that I work with provides paychecks to their employees that support their families. I take great pride in the fact that we are here to help these companies achieve their financial goals and succeed even through challenging times.

Q: What is one thing you think your clients would say about you?
A: I think one thing our clients value most about me is my overall attentiveness. In fact, it helps me be an essential part of their company. As a result, it makes me feel like I am doing my job effectively when I know I am providing them the assistance they need to grow their businesses.

Q: What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years?
A:
Especially after Covid, I learned not to take the company of the people around me for granted. Covid changed everything so quickly. It showed me that interacting face to face with co-workers, friends, and family members is essential for so many reasons.
